Grand Vista Community Association, Inc. is a nonprofit run by a Board of Directors elected from Grand Vista homeowners. Governance passed from the original builder to this resident-elected board — a transition many master-planned communities take years to reach.
The board meets regularly at the association clubhouse, with meeting agendas posted at least 144 hours (six days) ahead of time. Every meeting is open to owners, and the Annual Meeting of the full membership is held each November, with notice mailed 10 to 60 days in advance.
Like most HOAs this size, the board contracts a professional management company to handle the administrative side — records, assessments, vendor coordination, and resident support. For Grand Vista, that's C.I.A. Services, which has managed community associations since 1984.

That's the management company's general line — for dues, assessments, and other official HOA business, that's the right place to start.
Grand Vista Hub isn't the official HOA portal — it's a free app built by a neighbor, for neighbors. Once you're verified, HOA announcements land in the app the moment the board posts them, you can request the clubhouse or a pool card without a phone call, and you can ask our AI assistant what the HOA docs actually say.
